Completing registration early ensures students are properly enrolled, assigned to schools, and ready for a successful start to the school year.

Follow the steps outlined at KUSD Registration to register new and returning students.

馃搫 What You鈥檒l Need to Register

Before you begin, please gather the following items. Having these ready will make registration quick and stress鈥慺ree.

  • A valid email address
  • Emergency contact information
  • Your child鈥檚 birth certificate or passport
  • Immunization records
  • Parent/guardian photo ID
  • Proof of residency documents (see details below)
  • Health information (allergies, medications, medical conditions)
  • Payment method for school fees (after registration)

馃彨 Submitting Documents

Bring your documents to any KUSD school office, regardless of which school your child will attend.

School staff will review your information and let you know if anything else is needed.

馃挸 Fees and Additional Information

School fees can be paid online through the after Aug. 10, 2026.

If your family qualifies, you may apply for Free or Reduced Lunch, which may reduce or waive some fees.

She regularly attends after-school activities, sports events and celebrations to connect with students beyond the classroom and celebrate their successes.

Her engaging lessons challenge students to think critically and collaborate actively, while also elevating student voice and choice every day. Beyond her classroom impact, she serves as the English Department Chair, advises both the Poetry Club and the Gender & Sexuality Alliance Club, and supports the Academic Decathlon, all while serving on the district’s Guiding Coalition Committee.

爱奇艺资源站 Unified will again be hosting the Summer Food Service Program (SFSP), which offers nutritious meals to children in our community during the summer.

The SFSP, which is funded by the U.S. Department of Agriculture and administered by the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction, provides nutritious meals to children during the summer when free and reduced-price school meals are typically unavailable. Free meals will be made available to children 18 years of age and under. Persons over 18 years of age who are determined by a state or local public educational agency to be mentally or physically disabled, and who also participate in a public or private non-profit school program during the regular school year, may also receive free meals.

The following locations will be serving free meals this summer:

Brass Elementary

  • Dates:聽 6/16 – 7/23
  • Breakfast:聽 7:45 – 8:15 a.m.
  • Lunch:聽 11:45 a.m. – 12:15 p.m.

Grant Elementary

  • Dates:聽 6/16 – 7/23
  • Breakfast:聽 7:45 – 8:15 a.m.
  • Lunch:聽 None

Bullen Middle

  • Dates:聽 6/16 – 7/23
  • Breakfast:聽 7:45 – 8:15 a.m.
  • Lunch:聽 None

Washington Middle

  • Dates:聽 6/16 – 7/23
  • Breakfast:聽 7:45 – 8:15 a.m.
  • Lunch:聽 None

 

*Please note: Meals will not be served on Fridays

All Meals MUST be consumed on site.

Meals are provided to eligible children regardless of race, color, national origin, age, gender or disability and there will be no discrimination in the course of meal service.

鈥淭his program fills a void created when school lunches are not available,鈥 said Emily Riedler. 鈥淗elping parents meet the nutritional needs of their children is the strength of this program.鈥
