Selection forms for boundary and choice schools are now available. Please complete the forms as outlined below.
Boundary Schools
Families who plan to attend their assigned boundary school should complete the annual registration process.
Elementary and Middle Choice Schools
Families wishing to enter the lottery for elementary and/or middle school choice schools must complete individual forms for each school they are interested in attending. Families must complete and submit forms by noon on Friday, Dec. 5.

High School Choice Schools
Families with a child currently in 8th grade wishing to apply to attend a choice high school must complete the by noon on Friday, Dec. 5, to indicate the high school they wish to attend.

Choice schools will review applications or conduct their lotteries and will notify families of their final decisions before winter break. Families will have until Wednesday, Jan. 7, 2026, to accept or decline their spot. Families with questions are encouraged to contact the Office of School Leadership at 262-359-6008.
